Books I loved this year

Last year I read over 150 books before December. This year…not so much. I began the year with some lofty book goals, but by mid-January we were beginning to consider a move and then every goal from January 1st was out of sight and mind. I spent the summer reading absolute fluff and just began reading the Harry Potter series a few weeks back—though I’m not through to book three yet, which is where everyone says they get really good. I usually have a to-read pile absolutely glutted with memoir and this year it was peanuts, so if you have any recent great memoir (my favorite genre), let me know in the comments.
