Where I've been, if I'm okay, and thank you for sticking around

The past week in Lancaster has felt decidedly like autumn and I’ve thanked the Lord a million times that we didn’t move farther south than here. The body was not made for autumn but autumn is definitely made for this body.

Speaking of the body, I have thanked my Instagram followers profusely for their care and interest in mine these past weeks, but I sometimes forget that it isn’t an exact crossover from there to here and many of you may not know why I’ve been absent here on lorewilbert.com.
